Llantwit Major Town Council would like to pass on their congratulations and best wishes to Russell Gifford and Karen Regan who were the first couple to be married on 7th August 2021 in the Council Chamber, Old School, Llantwit Major.
The Town Council gained a licence to hold civil marriages and partnership ceremonies in this unique venue in 2018 but due to the coronavirus pandemic this was the very first ceremony to be undertaken.

If you would like to consider getting married locally in Llantwit Major you can hire the Council Chamber for the marriage ceremony and Town Hall for the Reception for a weekend at a cost of £500.
Alternatively hire the Council Chamber for your marriage ceremony at £200.00 for the weekend or the Town Hall for your Reception for a weekend for £300.00.
